We offer two ways to run your VR event:

Perfect for schools, clubs, or holiday programmes with staff or volunteers available on-site. We provide all equipment, online training, clear instructions, and phone/email support throughout your hire period. You'll be surprised how easy it is to manage the gear—even if it’s your first time.

✅ Fully Managed by Us:
Need an extra hand? Our experienced team can run the event for you, managing setup, gameplay, rotations, hygiene, and safety. We'll handle everything from start to finish so your team can focus on enjoying the day. This is ideal for larger events or when staff availability is limited.

Simple Delivery & Setup

We deliver the VR gear directly to your site, with enough lead time to get familiar with everything before the kids arrive. Each hire includes:

  • Meta Quest 2/3 headsets

  • Chromecast to cast gameplay to a nearby TV

  • Protective controller covers and headset shields

  • Microfibre cloths, antibacterial cleaner, and setup instructions

  • Health & safety guides and quick-reference posters

We also provide guidance on how to set up safe, indoor play zones with enough space and power access for each headset.

Online Training & Ongoing Support

Every self-managed booking includes a training session to walk you through:

  • Headset operation and game switching

  • Proper headset and controller usage

  • Cleaning and troubleshooting
